By accessing and using the ART AR solution, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

The App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the company Ab3ad and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.
3. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as necessary for your use of the App.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the App in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App, use of the App, or access to the App without the express written permission of the Company.
5. Patents and Property Rights
The App and any patents associated with it are the property of Ab3ad. No one has the right to replicate, reproduce, or use the same assets or any similar technology without the express written permission of the Company.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. The Company makes no representations or warranties in relation to the App or the information and materials provided on the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
